Butterfly Salon is committed to providing all of our guests with an exceptional experience. Our Cancellation & No-Show Policy enables us to utilize available appointment times to better-accommodate other guests who are seeking appointment openings. We appreciate that sometimes life’s priorities can change, but if it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. A late-cancellation or “no-show” fee, equal to 50% of the amount of the scheduled service will be applied and strictly enforced. We do make every effort to fill a cancelled spot and if we can rebook it, we’ll waive your cancellation fee.

We implement and maintain a variety of the latest security measures to protect the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit or access your personal information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, share or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.
Butterfly will gladly refund or exchange any unopened product. If you have purchased and used a product and find that it is not exactly what you wanted, we will exchange the product as along as it’s 75% full and within two weeks of purchase date. We are unable to offer refunds on brushes and hot tools.
Gift Cards are valid from date of purchase with no expiry, are non-refundable and have no cash-value. online gift cards are only redeemable for online store. you may redeem your online gift card for salon or spa services with advanced card value confirmation and clearance by our salon spa admin staff.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit, as well as Cash payments. We DO NOT accept checks.
Returns operate under the following conditions
- Purchased merchandise must be in original condition.
- All sales are final. Clearance, event sale items are not return-able or refundable
- Exchanges and refunds must be made within 14 days of product receipt
- Any signs that the product was used or tried voids return policy
- Delivery fail caused by customer mistakes will fall on the customer. Re-shipping fees will be required to be paid by the customer.

What’s with the +? Our stylists charge different rates for services based on their level of experience and what you need. (All-over colour on butt-length hair will cost more than all-over colour on a pixie cut). We provide pricing here as a reference. For details, give us a call at 519-822-3800.
